BG Capital has sold the three-building property to the Hampshire Cos. and its international investment partner, Arbah Capital.
The company has made three investments, spanning 1.5 million square feet; bringing its year-to-date investment volume to $203 million.
The former Corrigan Tower was transformed from a midcentury office building to a 150-unit class-A multifamily building with ground-floor retail and a rooftop pool, now called 1900 Pacific Residences.
