PARSIPPANY, NJ-CommonHealth has signed a lease amounting to a total of 166,377 sf of office space at the class A Morris Corporate Center III office campus here. The company, a network of specialized healthcare marketing organizations, is planning to relocate its worldwide headquarters to the site from multiple locations in the region, including 30 Lanidex Plaza West and 800 Lanidex Plaza here, and Wayne Interchange Plaza II in Wayne.The locally based SJP Properties represented the owner of the 560,000-sf, four-building Morris Corporate Center III, TIAA-CREF, in the transaction, while the tenant was represented by Robert Donnelly and Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, East Rutherford. The lease was described by the parties as “long-term,” but further details were not released. “This was the right real estate solution for our global operations,” says Robert Saporito, executive vice president and CFO of CommonHealth, of the consolidation move. “We are very pleased to be moving our operations to this office campus.”"This lease reflects our ongoing focus on working closely with corporations to accommodate their real estate headquarters requirements,” says Todd Siegel, senior vice president of SJP Properties. His company originally developed the complex and continues to manage and lease it after subsequently selling it to TIAA-CREF.Morris Corporate Center III is located within the larger, 2.8-million-sf, seven-building Morris Corporate Center in this Morris County community, a 182-acre master-planned campus developed in its entirety by SJP Properties. Besides CommonHealth, the larger campus’s major office tenants include AIG, Cadbury-Adams, Daimler Chrysler, Mercedes-Benz and Factory Mutual Insurance.CommonHealth, meanwhile, is a division of the London-based WPP Group of communications and marketing companies and networks. CommonHealth’s network includes such groups as Adient, Altum, Carbon, Conectics, Ferguson, HLS, MBS/Vox, Noesis, ProCom, Qi, Quantum, Solara and Xchange. The company also maintains a number of partnerships outside of the WPP Group, according to Saporito.
