ATI Research Expands Corporate HQ

MARLBOROUGH, MA-Graphics firm ATI Research Inc. signed a seven-year lease that gives it an additional 13,000 sf for its corporate headquarters at Lake Williams Corporate Center here. The company signed on for a total of 74,404 sf in one of the park’s two buildings.

“It was a good deal for both groups,” Paul A. Leone, with Richard Barry Joyce & Partners, which represented ATI “ATI gets to keep its Class A headquarters and Great Point gets to keep a credit worthy tenant in its portfolio.” Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

The arrangement will keep the office park fully leased with tenants that include Fidelity Investments and several smaller firms. The negotiations were handled for ATI by Leone along with John M. Lashar, and Brian M. McKenzie, also with Richard Barry Joyce & Partners. Craig Brooks, director real estate & campus development for ATI assisted.
