TAUNTON, MA-Myles Standish Industrial Park gained three high-tech tenants taking a total of 103,245 sf of office and industrial space on the 655-acre campus. The largest of the leases is a 67,500-sf deal inked Excel Inc.

The firm took office and distribution space at 155 Myles Standish Blvd. for an undisclosed term. The Santa Ana, CA based technology distributor Ingram Micro Inc. signed an eight-year lease at 475 Myles Standish Blvd. for 25,545 sf. Electronic Contract Services Inc., a startup electronics company, took 10,200 sf at 580 Myles Standish Blvd.

Joseph Flynn, vice president of NAI Hunneman Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com that the complex is an option from businesses that have been priced out of other markets due to its location near Routes 24 and 495. “Myles Standish is one of the few locations where you can have good (highway) access and aggressive pricing in one park.”
