PALO ALTO-Drawbridge Partners of San Francisco recently acquired a 71,409-sf office building here for $22.5 million. The building is fully occupied by the Wilson Sonsini law firm.

Located within Stanford Research Park at 950 Page Mill Rd., the building is part of the law firm’s headquarters campus. It was built in 1986. Amenities include a secured parking garage with a 3:1,000-sf parking ratio and a cafeteria.

Acquisition financing totaling 82% of the cost was arranged by Buchanan Street Partners. The lender is JP Morgan. The 30-year loan has a fixed rate of 5.22%.
