PHOENIX-New tenants have inked deals totaling 36,826 sf for space at the 95,000 sf Black Canyon Center, bringing the occupancy of the 2003-completed class A office space to 72%.The property, developed and owned by Phoenix-headquartered Opus West Corporation, is located on 6 acres in the area’s Black Canyon Business Park, at 10835 North 25th Ave.The new tenants are Infosys Technologies (17,086 sf); Samson Development (5,830 sf); Tech Skills (4,927 sf); United Claims Solutions (2,766 sf); Grand Canyon Title (2,829 sf) and Home 123 (3,388 sf). They’ll join existing tenants including Robert Half International, Countrywide Home Loans and Amica Insurance.A source at Opus West tells GlobeSt.com that the new deals involved 5-year leases, except for Infosys, which inked a 6-year deal. The source adds that the average quoted rate per sf was $22-$23 per sf, with TI allowance on all the deals ranging between $30-$35 per sf. At this time, she adds, there are no tenants pending for the remaining 25,913 sf.Opus West was self-represented in the transactions.
