DENVER-Frederick Ross Co., the oldest and largest commercial real estate brokerage company in Denver, recently handled 87,001 sf in lease transactions for a wide variety of companies and in several submarkets.

The largest of the seven deals was a 36,000-sf lease extension by Blish-Mize Co. at 3850 Nome St. The second largest deal was for 14,877 sf at 3950 Nome St. for Help Logistics, followed by a 6,150 sf industrial lease for Quicksilver Express Courier Inc. at 5301 Peoria St. All three deals were handled by Ross broker Jeff McClintock.

The next deal was a new office lease by Fidelity National Title Insurance Co., which took 13,074 sf in the Crescent V building at 8450 E. Crescent Pkwy., in the Denver Tech Center.

The remainder of the deals were smaller than 10,000 sf. Alexander Capital Management Co. took 8,700 sf in an expansion and an extension at Granite Tower, formerly the Denver Place Plaza Tower, at 1099 18th St. That deal was handled by Ross brokers Nathan Johnson, Peter Staab and Jamie Gard. The three brokers also handed a 3,075-sf lease extension for Petro-Canada Resources at Granite Tower. In the final deal, Real Foundation Inc. leased 5,125 sf at 4600 S. Syracuse St. in a deal handled by Ross broker Phil Ruschmeyer.
