Perspective When we launched Executive Watch five years ago, we designed it with the intent to offer commentary on all issues relating to management and human capital. One of those issues was management transition. For an enterprise to be successful, its leadership must recognize when it is time to step aside and let the fruits of their labor grow. And with that–as you probably now know–I have decided to move on. My 20 years at Real Estate Media have been an absolutely incredible experience that I will always cherish.
