JERSEY CITY-The Berger Organization has secured a financing package for $3.3 million for its Ramada Inn here. The funding was the work Jay Bidnick and Elliot Treitel in the Iselin, NJ office of Meridian Capital Group. Meridian is based in New York City. The loan, the source of which was not disclosed, carries a rate of 6.5% over a 10-year term.

The financed property is located at 65 Tonnelle Ave. Located a block from the Journal Square PATH light rail station, it has 111 rooms and suites and totals some 80,000 sf of building space.

The Berger Organization owns and operates a portfolio of commercial properties throughout New Jersey. The Ramada Inn financing is the fourth deal Meridian has closed for Berger in the past year.
