MARLBORO, NJ-Several leases totaling more than 40,000 sf have been recorded at the Central Jersey Office & Industrial Park here. The property is owned by the New York City-based TMC Properties, and all of the signings were brokered by CB Richard Ellis, which obtained the exclusive just more than a year ago. For CBRE, vice president Suzanne McNow and associate Patricia Riedel handled the transactions.

In the largest signing, Citizens Community Bank took 14,200 sf of office space at 1230 Campus Dr. West within the park. The Monmouth Academy of Musical Art signed on for 8,400 sf in the same building, while Retro Fitness leased 10,500 sf at the 300 Campus Dr. West building.

New leases at 500 Campus Dr. within the park were signed by Netscout, a performance monitoring software company, which took 2,920 sf; CAD Parts & Consulting LLC, a provider of outsourcing services for electronic product design and development (2,225 sf); and Dinara Law Offices, which took 2,539 sf. Finally, Berkshire Financial signed a lease for 1,500 sf at 100 Campus Dr.

The Central Jersey Office & Industrial Park consists of 13 buildings totaling more than 250,000 sf of space at the intersection of Routes 18 and 520 in this Monmouth County community. The property underwent a major renovation in 2005, according to TMC executive vice president Seamus Gilson, and currently has 4,100 sf of office/warehouse space available at the 1220 Campus Dr. West building, and 11,700 sf of contiguous space available at 500 Campus Dr. Besides the new signees, the tenant roster includes the Asbury Park Press; the engineering firm Schoor DePalma; Akzo Nobel, a maker of pharmaceutical and chemical coating products; and Handex Environmental, a consulting and remediation firm, among others.
