PISCATAWAY, NJ-WANDL Inc. has acquired the 42,000-sf building at 88 Centennial Ave., and is relocating its headquarters to the site from its existing location at 290 Davidson Ave. in nearby Somerset. WANDL (Wide Area Network Design Laboratory) is a privately held supplier of software for advanced network planning.

The buyer was represented in the transaction by Marc Graham, Edward Duenas and Lee Miller of Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, East Rutherford. Trammell Crow Co. represented the seller, 88 Centennial Avenue General Partnership. The sale price was not released.

“Our client wanted a permanent headquarters in the area and larger space for growth and flexibility,” Graham says. “This was a terrific opportunity for WANDL to establish itself in a freestanding office building. The building also offers great highway access for the firm’s employees.”

The two-story building is situated near Exit 9 of I-287, not far from Rutgers University’s Piscataway campus. Vacant at the time of sale, it has been occupied, in the past, by a succession of technology-related tenants.
