LUMBERTON, NJ-McData Services Corp. has subleased 40,648 sf of space at 100 Mt. Holly By-Pass, a 162,744-sf, one-story industrial/flex building here. The sublandlord is Solectron, a Milpitas, CA-based provider of electronics manufacturing services. The company has reduced its occupancy at the site. The building is owned by the Delran-based Whitesell Enterprises.

Solectron was represented in the transaction by Lou Battagliese and Harr McKenna of Jackson Cross Partners, King of Prussia, PA, in partnership with the Seattle-based CPS Properties. McData was represented by brokers from the Dallas-based Partners National Real Estate Group. Terms were not released.

The new sub-tenant, based in Broomfield, CO, is a provider of storage networking products and solutions. The company makes switches, routers and extension products used in storage area networks and its clients include EMC, IBM and Hitachi Data Systems. “The company will use their new space for general offices, engineering, R&D, warehousing, lab/data center storage and related activities,” Battagliese says.
