HAYWARD, CA-SourceCorp, a Dallas-based business process outsourcing and consulting firm, has leased a 176,949-sf building in the Winton Industrial Center here for its regional office. The 72-month lease of 2704 West Winton Ave. is valued at $4.5 million.

Colliers International brokers Greig Lagomarsino (SIOR, SVP) and Rick Keely (VP) represented the building owner in the transaction. Eric Anderson of Cornish & Carey represented SourceCorp.

Lagomarsino tells GlobeSt.com that the lease represents a relocation, consolidation and expansion for SourceCorp. The company will be vacating warehouse space in both Hayward and Oakland, but is expanding its total industrial leasehold in the region by about 90,000 sf, he says.

Lagomarsino and Keely also represented Rreef in its lease of a 25,440-sf warehouse space with 3,500 sf of office space in the Hayward Business Park to Worldwide Corporate Housing LP. The park is located at 30806 Santana St. The 87-month lease is valued at approximately $1.3 million. USAA Realty and NAI BT Commercial represented the tenant, which is relocating an existing regional facility in Livermore.
