DALLAS-Broder Bros., an 87-year-old, Philadelphia-based global designer of T-shirts, casual and outerwear, has signed a 358,000-sf lease for 10 years at Duke Realty Corp.’s 400-acre International Commerce Park at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Participating principals declined to disclose the value of the lease. However, area brokers familiar with the airport industrial submarket tell GlobeSt.com the lease was probably in the $5-per-sf range. That would place the estimated aggregate value of the transaction at $18 million.

Jeff Thornton of Duke Realty represented his firm. Equis Corp. negotiated for the tenant. Corporate tenants at the eight-year-old park include Amazon.com, Lithonia Lighting and Aviall Inc.
