EDISON, NJ-As part of its recent Q4 and FY 2006 earnings report, reported by GlobeSt.com, Mack-Cali Realty Corp. also released data on previously unreported lease signings in Northern and Central New Jersey. The signings, all in Q4, total more than 315,000 sf.

In the largest transaction, the law firm of Norris McLaughlin & Marcus took a total of 86,913 sf at Mack-Cali Bridgewater, representing an expansion of 5,702 sf for nine years and 10 months and an extension of 81,211 sf for two years. The 193,000-sf building in Bridgewater, Somerset County, is now 97% leased.

The other signings include United States Fire Insurance Co., which signed a new five-year and two-month lease for 18,736 sf at the 475,000-sf 412 Mt. Kemble Ave. in Morris Twp.; KPMG, which renewed for 33,397 sf for three years at the 57,204-sf 530 Chestnut Ridge Rd. in Woodcliff Lake; Ferring Pharmaceuticals, which signed a new 12-year, six-month lease for 30,121 sf at the 248,480-sf 4 Gatehall Dr. in Parsippany; and HQ Global Workplaces, which took 19,485 sf at One Bridge Plaza in Fort Lee for 11 years and six months.

Also, IXIS North America expanded its presence at Harborside Financial Center Plaza 5 in Jersey City by 18,226 sf for 14 years and eight months; High Point Safety and Insurance Management signed a new lease for 17,850 sf for 13 years and four months at 600 Parsippany Rd. in Parsippany; Allstate Insurance Co. signed a renewal for 53,983 sf for 10 years at Mack-Cali Bridgewater; and Right Answers Inc., a help desk software developer, signed a new five-year lease for 13,145 sf at 11 Commerce Dr. in Cranford.
