TUSTIN, CA-The Coreland Cos. has landed seven new leasing assignments totaling 250,000 sf for retail centers in Southern California, according to Steven Hogberg, senior vice president of leasing and sales for the Tustin-based firm. The properties include shopping centers in Orange County and the Inland Empire and represent assignments from four new clients.

The new Coreland assignments include Crown Valley Center in Laguna Beach, Lindale Center in Anaheim, Norco Towne Center in Norco, Lakeshore Village in Moreno Valley, Valley Plaza in Garden Grove, Katella Center in Orange and Sunset Village in Diamond Bar.

The new contracts follow Coreland’s expansion of its management team late last year, as reported on GlobeSt.com, and the promotion of Hogberg to his current post as SVP of leasing. Hogberg reports that the team of Matt Hammond, Bryan Bauer, Fred Godinez and Tim Muller will be handling the leasing for the newly assigned properties.

Crown Valley Center is a 20,000-sf strip center at 30012-30022 Crown Valley Parkway that includes tenants Taco Bell and Subway. Lindale Center is a strip center at 2804-2816 Lincoln Ave., and Norco Towne Center is a recently renovated 135,000-sf property at 2748 Hamner that is anchored by a Stater Bros. supermarket.

Lakeshore Village, located at Sunnymead Ranch Parkway and Village Road in Moreno Valley, is a 15,000-sf pad building to be developed in a center of approximately 90,000 sf that is anchored by a Ralphs supermarket. Katella Center is a 48,800-sf neighborhood center at the northwest corner of Katella Avenue and Glassell Street that includes tenants Auto Zone and Sprint.

Sunset Village is a 26,700-sf center at 1241 S. Grand Ave. where the tenants include Pizza Hut and Sylvan Learning Center. Valley Plaza is a 20,000-sf strip center at 6032-6086 Chapman Ave.
