HOLLYWOOD, FL-Six leases totaling 46,174 sf have been signed at the Venture Corporate Center at the intersection of Hollywood Boulevard and South Park Road bringing the property to 93% occupancy. The three-building office complex contains 84,000 sf.

Rewards Network Services signed a 21,879-sf lease. David Goldberg, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. South Florida Regional Planning Council renewed and expanded for a total of 11,057 sf, and Caxa Group, Inc. signed a 4,330-sf lease. BioRasi LLC leased 4,044 sf and were represented in the transaction by Robert Palacios, of Regency Commercial Properties Inc. Conroy, Simberg, Ganon, Krevans, Abel, Lurvey, Morrow & Schefer, P.A. expanded into 3,700 sf and is now leasing two full floors in the building. The company was represented by Robert Banks, of Properties Group. La Cafeteria, Inc. leased 1,204 sf and will serve as the property’s on-site restaurant.

Venture Corporate Center was acquired by MetLife in 2005. Miami-based Taylor & Mathis director of leasing Allison Adler represented MetLife. “This park is well-located and convenient to both Miami-Dade and Broward counties,” Adler says. “The location is a key factor in attracting tenants.”

Venture Corporate Center is located west of Interstate 95 and a short distance to the Florida Turnpike. It is within close proximity to the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Major tenants in the property include Costa Cruise Lines, Vista Health Plan and Starbucks.
