DENVER-Jones Lang LaSalle has added three new tenant rep brokers as part of the company’s continuing expansion in Denver, where its growth push has resulted in 1.6 million sf of new office leasing assignments recently. In addition to its new hires, the company has relocated Paul Schloff from Chicago to lead property management.

The new tenant rep brokers are managing directors Paul Keilt and Todd Roebken, along with vice president Michael Gregory, formerly with Cresa in Denver. Their hiring and the relocation of Schloff follow the firm’s previous relocation of Mark Lucas from Atlanta to lead the Rocky Mountain Region, plus the addition of JLL’s first dedicated capital markets experts, EVP John Jugl and VP Olan Young from Liberty-Greenfield.

With the new additions, 14 new professionals have joined JLL in Denver this year. Lucas tells GlobeSt.com that although Jones Lang LaSalle has been active in Denver since 1973, the firm had just a slim presence in agency leasing and property management. In the last year, with Lucas brought in to formalize and lead the organization, JLL has designated Denver as a priority market.

The 1.6 million sf of leasing represents four new assignments. The properties include Omni Development’s 100,000-sf building at 1470 S. Havana Aurora and its 175,000-sf Hampden Center in Denver; Grosvenor Investment Management’s 215,000-sf office and lab property in Louisville; an undisclosed client’s 450,000-sf building at 700 Broadway in Denver and Toma West’s 552,988-sf, 32-story tower at 633 17th St. in Denver.

Leading the Jones Lang LaSalle leasing efforts at 633 17th St., 1470 S. Havana and Hampden Center is Peter Schippits, leasing director. SVP Michael Crane is leading the leasing efforts at 1450 Infinite and 700 Broadway. With the addition of the 1.6 million sf, JLL now leases and/or manages nearly eight million sf of commercial office space throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
