ATLANTA-Houston-based PM Realty Group has added 1.13 million sf of office space to its leasing portfolio for locally based Parkway Properties Inc. With the new leasing assignments, PM Realty Group will handle all of Parkway Properties’ Atlanta assets, with a total of more than 1.7 million sf.

PM will now handle leasing duties for One Capital City Plaza, 410,128-sf building at 3350 Peachtree Rd. in Atlanta; Waterstone, a 93,796-sf building at 4751 Best Rd. in College Park; Lakewood II, a 119,150-sf building at 2233 Lake Park Drive in Smyrna; Meridian, a 100,762-sf building at 1995 North Park Place in Atlanta; Falls Pointe, a 106,678-sf building at 600 Morgan Falls Rd. in the Central Perimeter submarket and Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, a 370,973-sf building at 5775 Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. in the Central Perimeter submarket.

The company previously handled leasing for the Overlook II, 100 Ashford Center North and Peachtree Ridge office properties. “Parkway Properties wanted one company to handle all of their properties so they could be branded and marketed in the same way,” says PMRG senior vice president and director of the Atlanta region Bill Weghorst.

Weghorst adds that each property will have a unique marketing plan, because each has unique characteristics, such as the submarket where it is located, age and quality of the building. One Capital City Plaza is located in the Buckhead section of Atlanta and is located adjacent to the Buckhead Marta station. PMRG senior vice president Chip Roach will handle leasing. Waterstone is located in the Airport submarket and shares a business center with a Marriott Hotel. PMRG senior vice president Dean Giordano will handle the assignment. Built in 1986, Lakewood II has five stories connected to a three-level parking garage. Weghorst will handle the leasing. Built in 1985, Meridian is located in the Northwest submarket and is located near two regional shopping malls. Weghorst will handle the assignment.

Falls Pointe is currently 100% occupied to RSBLynk, which recently announced its plans to relocate to North Fulton in 2009. Giordano and Weghorst will handle the leasing. The pair will also handle leasing for Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion, which is adjacent to the Northside Marta station and Medical Center.
