New Tenant Rep Team Joins CBRE

LOS ANGELES-The team of John Sabourin, Will Adams and Paul Stockwell has joined CB Richard Ellis as part of CBRE’s efforts to build its tenant rep capabilities. The three veteran office leasing brokers, formerly with Studley, are based in the Dowtown L.A. office of CBRE and all join their new firm as senior vice presidents. Lew Horne, executive managing director for CBRE’s Greater Los Angeles Region, notes that the three “are among most active tenant representation brokers in Los Angeles.”

Sabourin, who has been a senior managing director with Studley for thepast three years, previously was with Colliers Seeley. He has beenan office specialist in the Los Angeles market since 1986, and over hiscareer, has completed more than three million sf of leasetransactions.

Adams has been with Studley for his entire 18-year career, mostrecently as corporate managing director. As a Southern Californiaoffice market expert, he has transacted lease deals in excess of 3.9million sf and sales totaling more than $100 million over his career, including specific expertise in representing law firms. He will work closely with Stephen Bay and Clay Hammerstein, CBRE’s resident law firm experts.

Stockwell has been a senior managing director at Studley since 1993,during which time he has transacted more than million sf of officeand industrial space on the tenant representation side, as well as more than $250 million in property sales. His tenant representation transactions have included a of 11 lease and purchase transactions totaling more than 700,000 sf for 21st Century Insurance.

Stockwell also served as a development consultant to NBC on its 1.5-million-sf master plan for Burbank Studios. Before joining Studley he served as a vice president for the Disney Development Co.
