MARLTON, NJ-Freedom-2 Inc. has acquired the 50,000-sf office/flex building at 1971 Old Cuthbert Rd. here, and will use the building as its new headquarters. The sale price of $2.2 million factors out to $88 per sf for the single-story, stand-alone building.

“This property proved to be in high demand and of value for a large owner-occupant,” says Dan McGovern, senior associate at CB Richard Ellis, who teamed with EVP Bill Goodwin to represent seller Votum Group LLC, a consulting firm. “We were able to complete the transaction process ahead of schedule, and within four months.”

Freedom-2, which is expanding its staff with the move, was represented by Kevin Burns of Markheim Chalmers, Cherry Hill. The building’s new owner/occupant is a producer of permanent inks for cosmetic use, including tattoos.
