EDISON, NJ-Mack-Cali Realty Corp. is preparing to launch a new corporate campaign integrating various media, and the locally based REIT has hired the ad firm Results Inc. to put that campaign together. The effort will involve new advertising, branding and other marketing efforts, according to company officials.

“Mack-Cali is one of the most respected names in the business, and our experience in the real estate and finance arenas will fit their needs,” says David Green, president of the Hasbrouck Heights-based Results Inc. “For Mack-Cali, our plan is to integrate all media, print, web and more.”

“Their story is interesting to tell,” says Jeff Rubin, the firm’s EVP and creative director. “They’re a client that appreciates and demands strategic thinking and uncommon creative.”

Mack-Cali owns or has interests in nearly 300 properties, mainly office and office/flex buildings in the Northeast, totaling some 34 million sf and consisting of a roster of 2,200 tenants, according to Mitchell Hersh, the company’s president and CEO. Mack-Cali cemented its position as the state’s largest landlord when it acquired the Gale Co. in 2006.
