He joined the company in 2001 and is now charged with supervising the accounts payable staff, managing client check distribution, managing and researching insured investment alternatives for clients, and opening new accounts.

Meanwhile, the property management firm’s director of business development, Tracie Blankenship, was recently appointed to serve as secretary on the Community Association Institute’s 2008-2009 Orange County Board of Directors. The CAI is a national organization that helps homeowner and condominium associations meet the expectations of their residents.

[IMGCAP(2)]Altman Management Co.BOCA RATON, FL-Catherine Cabell has taken on the role of senior vice president of Southeast operations for the Altman Management Co. Previously, she was a senior vice president with Trammell Crow Residential in Houston, where she managed 54 communities. Prior to that, she was senior vice president of REIT Operations at Gables Property Trust, overseeing the operation of 35,000 units in Texas, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. In her new position, Cabell will handle the management of all the firm’s South Division communities in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Locally-based Altman Co. has developed, acquired and managed more than 16,000 multifamily units throughout Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts and North Carolina.

WRH Realty Services Inc.ST. PETERSBURG, FL-The new controller at WRH Realty Services Inc. is Sandra Patterson. She will oversee the locally based firm’s daily accounting functions, as well as the monthly closing processes. Patterson brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm, which operates throughout the Southeast and has a portfolio of more than 13,000 apartment and condominium communities.
