STAMFORD, CT-Newmark Knight Frank has been retained by the ownership of the 785,700-sf Harbor Plaza office complex as leasing agent for nearly 250,000 sf of available space. The Greenwich office of the brokerage firm reports that a total of approximately 243,200 sf is available for lease at buildings 181 Harbor Dr. and 208 Harbor Dr. of the 18-acre property that overlooks Stamford Harbor.

Newmark Knight Frank executive managing director Hilarie Siles, managing principal John Goodkind, associate Paul Gojkovich, managing director James Ritman and managing principal Gil Ohls are working on the assignment. “Harbor Plaza offers some great opportunities, including full building occupancy for office space users seeking a unique location,” says Siles. “With extensive renovations currently underway and its impressive roster of existing tenants, we feel the property will attract a variety of businesses.”

The vacant space had been occupied by a number of firms, including Nat West and Danone Waters. Among the renovations now underway include: new campus signage, restriping of all parking and road surfaces, new landscaping, improved pedestrian boardwalks and upgrades to the lobbies, elevators, lighting and common areas in the seven-building complex.

Major tenants at Harbor Plaza are: Time Warner Entertainment, Versus Inc., Ascent Media Group, Shenkman Capital and CRT Capital Group.
