ATLANTA-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has hired the seven-member retail investment team from Staubach Capital Markets. C. Whitney Knoll, formerly senior managing director and leader of Staubach’s East Coast Retail Team, becomes senior managing director of HFF’s Atlanta office. Knoll previously headed the Retail Capital Markets Group for Trammell Crow Co. Joining Knoll at HFF are Lynn DeMarco, as a managing director at its New York City office; Bradley Peterson, as a managing director working with its Miami retail investment team; Richard Reid and James Hamilton, as directors in the Atlanta office; and Kevin Hurley, as senior real estate analyst and associate director in Atlanta. Justin Greider, who previously worked with Peterson as a senior real estate analyst and senior financial analyst at both Staubach and TCC, is also joining HFF in similar roles.ATLANTA-Trammell Crow Co. has hired Curtis Walker as its new SVP of multifamily development. Walker, a 21-year industry veteran, was executive VP and regional investment director for Atlanta-based Post Properties Inc.MCLEAN, VA-JE Robert Cos. has hired two directors to run offices in the Latin American market. Sergio Hernandez, previously the SVP and national sales director for GE Capital Solutions Mexico, will head JE Roberts’ local office. Roberto Perroni, formerly the superintendent director of Camargo Correa Desenvolvimento Imobiliario SA, will be director and head of the firm’s new Sao Paulo, Brazil office.WASHINGTON, DC-Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers recently hired Edward Harrell, SVP, as its Industrial Practice Leader to launch an initiative in this asset class. Harrell joined the firm from CB Richard Ellis. Prior to that, he was a principal at Connecticut-based Cambridge Hanover.BOSTON-David L. Pergola is joining CB Richard Ellis/New England in Boston as partner. He will be a member of the suburban brokerage team that includes principals Andrew Majewski, Michael Ripp and Mark Reardon. Pergola was at Meredith & Grew from 1970 until 2006.
