LOS ANGELES-Comparison shopping firm PriceGrabber.com has subleased 45,000 sf in L.A. in an expansion combined with a relocation, and software specialist Apriso Corp. has leased 19,669 sf for a new corporate headquarters in Long Beach, according to brokers from Cresa Partners and Grubb & Ellis who negotiated the deals. The new PriceGrabber space is at 5140 and 5150 Goldleaf Circle, according to Dave Toomey and Brian Davies of Cresa Partners, who represented the tenant. The sub-landlord was BAE Systems, which was represented by Jerry Porter and Matthew Miller of CresaPartners.

PriceGrabber.com’s new headquarters is located in Wateridge Office Park, where the company is expanding from 26,000 sf of office space at 10940 Wilshire Blvd. in West L.A. and is expected to relocate into its new space at the end of September. The new space was recently built, furnished and wired by BAE for its occupancy. PriceGrabber.com is moving to accommodate its growth and take advantage of favorable market conditions in the Fox Hills submarket, the Cresa team notes. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Apriso Corp.’s deal is at Shoreline Square in Long Beach, where the provider of software solutions for global manufacturing operations management signed a five-year lease valued at $3.75 million. Apriso will occupy the entire 12th floor of the 20-story, class A high-rise at 301 E. Ocean Blvd. in Downtown Long Beach.

Apriso, which will be relocating from within Long Beach, is slated to occupy its new space in November. With the signing of Apriso, the building is 90% leased, according to property manager Bantry Holdings. The building owner was represented by Robert G. Caudill of Grubb & Ellis and Jeffrey Duchateau of Bantry Holdings. Apriso was represented by Richard Abbitt of CB Richard Ellis.
