IRVINE, CA-Six industrial tenants have signed leases totaling more than $17 million for more than 344,000 sf of space in a series of deals that illustrate the steady flow of industrial leases in Orange County after a slowing earlier in the year. The largest in dollar value is a $4.3 million deal for 68,865 sf in Tustin, while the largest in square footage is a 90,975-sf deal in Irvine.

In the Tustin deal, Access Lighting Corp., an industrial and residential lighting service based in Tustin, signed an 87-month lease on a property at 1200 Valencia Ave. Both the tenant and the building owner, CWV Commercial Properties, were represented by Mike Hartel, Kevin Turner, John Griffin and Jeff Mitchell of the Irvine office of Voit Commercial Brokerage.

CWV Commercial was also the property owner in the 90,975-sf transaction in Irvine, where Lifted Research Group Inc., a men’s clothing company, signed a five-year lease valued at $3.9 million for a property at 9600 Toledo Way in the Irvine Spectrum. CWV Commercial was represented by Hartel and Turner, with the tenant represented by Ryan Harman of Lee & Associates.

In the third transaction, delivery and logistics services provider signed a seven-year lease on a 58,201-sf building at 2051 Raymer in Fullerton, close to the Fullerton Municipal Airport and with access to the 5 and 91 freeways. The site will serve as the regional distribution facility for Dynamix, which was represented by JoAnne Duerr of Mohr Partners. The building owner is Alere Property Group, which was represented by Mike Hefner of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office and Jack Faris of Voit’s Irvine office.

In Santa Ana, environmental equipment and services company Wahlco Inc. signed an 86-month lease valued at $3.4 million for a 53,802-sf property at 2700 Fairview in Santa Ana, with access to the 405, 55 and 73 freeways. The lessor was Barclay & Associates, a commercial financing products and services company, which was represented by Jeff Mitchell of Voit’s Irvine office and Rick Hertel of Corporate Real Estate Services. Mitchell also represented Wahlco.

The fifth deal involved Omohundro Co., a corporation that designs, manufactures, and tests composite hardware for the aerospace and defense industries. Omohundro signed a five-year lease valued at $1.8 million for 36,974 sf in a building at 14792 Franklin Ave. in Tustin, with access to the 5 and 55 freeways. Mitchell and John Griffin of Voit’s Irvine office represented the property owner Gonsalves Properties LLC, with Greg Diab and Jack Haley of Lee & Associates representing Omohundro.

The sixth lease was a 60-month, $1.4 million deal for a 35,000-sf property at 14300 Alondra Blvd. in La Mirada. The tenant is Stellar Sales Inc., a lighting and electrical company, which was represented by Mike Roski of Majestic Realty. The building owner, Alondra Investment Co., was represented by Luke McDaniel and Cameron Driscoll of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office.
