DULLES, VA-Community college Strayer Education recently inked a 12-year lease to take 104,914 square feet in Dulles Station East. The college is moving to the six-story office tower–located at 2303 Dulles Station Blvd.–to consolidate its headquarters and administrative operations. The company currently houses these functions in Arlington. Its move is scheduled for 2010, when the building will deliver.

Developed in partnership by Crimson Partners and O’Connor North American Property Partners, Dulles Station is an ambitious, 63-acre mixed-use project that is currently under construction. It will include 993 multifamily units, 1.2 million square feet of class A office space, 58,000 square feet of retail and restaurant, and two upscale hotels. The 190,869-square-foot building Strayer will be occupying is located at the entry point of the development off of Sunrise Valley Dr. The college will be in the top three floors–floors four through six–plus 5,000 square feet on the first floor.
