ROSSLYN, VA-Monday Properties has renewed a 144,000-square-foot full-building lease with Boeing Co. at 1200 Wilson Blvd. Boeing has been a long-standing tenant at the 12-story building, with more than 200 employees occupying the space since 1997.

Malcolm Schweiker, Jeff Roman and Bill Kamp of CB Richard Ellis represented Boeing. John Wharton and Rob Bowman handled the lease internally for Monday Properties. Monday Properties did not return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for deadline.

Monday Properties has either signed up new tenants or renewed existing clients — totaling several hundred thousand square feet — in recent months, which has helped the company to maintain its 97% DC portfolio occupancy rate., for example, is leasing 53,000 square feet at 1101 Wilson Blvd. Arlington County General Services Administration is renewing 20,700 square feet at 1101 Wilson Blvd. Monday Properties also signed an 11,500 square foot renewal and a 2,400 square foot expansion at 1515 Wilson Blvd. with Professional Risk Management Services. It also inked a handful of small-sized leases at, bringing it to a 98% occupancy rate 1100 Wilson Blvd..

Monday acquired 1200 Wilson Blvd. in May 2007 as one of a 10-building, 2.5-million-square foot office portfolio from Beacon Properties for $1.23 billion. These 10 buildings represent 30% of Rosslyn’s office market, the company says.
