DENVER-Three business park buildings here totaling 484,734 square feet have changed hands for $66.5 million, or $137 per square foot. The new owner is Hines Real Estate Investment Trust Inc., which assumed three mortgage loans totaling $35.7 million as part of the deal. The seller was SVN Equities, a private investment and development company.

SVN acquired the buildings in separate transactions in 2004 and 2005 for a total of $40.3 million when their combined occupancy was approximately 50%. The portfolio is currently 96% leased.
