LONDON-Morgan Stanley UK is exiting a large portion of its offices at Canary Wharf here, according to Reuters. The financial giant is exercising an option to break part of its 10-year lease in the trophy office building.

Morgan Stanley is emptying 345,500 square feet in an effort to consolidate it’s property into 25 Cabot Square and 20 Bank St. Songbird Estates owns the Canary Wharf district building.
