LONDON-Robert Evans–CB Richard Ellis’ UK deputy chairman–is parting ways with the firm, according to Property News. The 35-year veteran of the CRE industry is also the chairm of the city business team for CBRE in the UK and plans to leave in April of 2009.

Evans will stay on for the next few months in a regular capacity, while ensuring a smooth transition. After his departure, CBRE says he will remain as a consultant for the firm.
