LOS ANGELES-This country is going through some fundamental changes, and this administration must address those changes, stated Bruce Mosler, president and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield. (Click on the image to the right to check out a GlobeStTV interview with Mosler.)

Mosler joined other top industry leaders in a panel titled, “Industry Leaders Crossfire: Will There Be Zen in 2010?” at this year’s RealShare Real Estate 2009 conference in Downtown Los Angeles, which attracted nearly 1,000 attendees.

The conference began with a spirited economics panel, and that spirit continued throughout the day. Mosler–who noted that California is in better shape than New York due to having fewer developments in the pipeline–summed up the global economic situation, saying that the most significant issue facing us is unemployment. “The government has to focus on job stimulus across the board,” he said.
