LOS ANGELES-Four tenants have signed new leases for more than 662,000 square feet of distribution and warehouse space in five L.A. area submarkets, according to brokers and property owners involved in the deals. The tenants include a third-party logistics provider, a grocery chain, a glass fabricator, an apparel firm and a distributor of gifts and souvenirs.

In Santa Fe Springs, Grubb & Ellis Co. reports that third-party logistics provider Saddle Creek Corp. of Lakeland, FL subleased a 268,536-square-foot industrial building at 12828 Carmenita Rd. for two years for a regional distribution facility. Saddle Creek has already occupied the freestanding building, which is owned by Fremont Development Co. and is Saddle Creek’s first Southern California location.
