Salustri and Tighe

NEW YORK CTIY-The market is cyclical and bound to come back. That was the discussion Mary Ann Tighe, CB Richard Ellis New York tristate region chief executive officer had for John Salustri, editorial director of Incisive Media’s real estate group, as part of GlobeSt.TV’s Leaders Series.

During downturns rents in the city historically dip about 25% but always end up rising again. The industry can expect a turnaround some time in 2011, but before then “inflation is bound to come our way,” Tighe said.
