CORAL SPRINGS, FL-The owner of Coral Landings III shopping center faces foreclosure by Wachovia Bank, which has held a $37.2-million mortgage on the property since 2006. The 26.5-acre property is located on the southeast corner of NW 62nd Avenue and Sample Road, between Coral Springs and Margate in Broward County.

Safety Harbor-based Monroe’s Prestige Group has completed 115,000 square feet at the center, anchored by Best Buy, HomeGoods and Jo-Ann Fabrics. Another 49,725 square feet is under construction at Coral Landings III.
