HEBRON, KY-GENCO Supply Chain Solutions has leased 354,371 square feet in Hebron, KY. The third-party logistics provider will occupy the majority of Duke Realty Corp.’s Skyport 3.

GENCO previously leased space in Duke’s Southport 4, but has doubled the size of its holding with this new deal.

“When GENCO expressed the need for additional space, we were pleased to be able to offer them an amenable solution,” says Jon Burger, Duke SVP. “Though they are vacating space at another one of our facilities, GENCO is increasing its leased space, extending the term of its lease and occupying the majority of a building that recently became vacant.”

Skyport 3, which totals 473,000 square feet, is located at 2245 – 2255 Progress Dr. just off of I-275 and is less than a mile from the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The lease rate was not disclosed on the deal, but according to building information on Duke’s website the asking rate is $3.10 net plus.

Si Pitstick, Duke EVP; Josh Young, senior associate with Cincinnati Commercial Realtors; and Brian Zurawski, principal and EVP of Summit Realty Group represented GENCO. Leasing representatives, Kevin Schutte and Jeremy Kraus handled the transaction for Duke.

At the end of February, Duke leased 73,500 square feet of space to Andrews Electronics here. The Southern California firm located in Skyport 5, according to a GlobeSt.com report.
