BOCA RATON, FL-Yamato Crossing shopping center dangerously close to foreclosure. Owners Yamato Crossing Associates and Talbott Realty have had a court filing submitted against them by Fifth Third Bank, according to a report in the South Florida Business Journal.

The locally-based Talbott Realty has received a number of foreclosure lawsuits over the last couple months.

Yamato Crossing, located at 202 Yamato Rd. here is a 30,000-square-foot shopping center. According to leasing information on the property, 8,760 square feet are unoccupied. Rental rates are $30 per square foot per year.
