PHILADELPHIA-Retailers are filling up the 45,000 square feet of space in the city’s tallest building, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. So far 97% of the retail in the 58-story building’s Market at Comcast Center is occupied.

Tenants include Sony Style, food store Di Bruno Bros. and a Termini Bros. pastry shop. Rents are between $70 and $80 per square foot in the retail portion of the Liberty Property Trust-owned office building.
