FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Locally based Stiles Corp. has expanded its statewide third-party retail leasing services, securing contracts for more than 400,000 square feet including five shopping centers owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors. Two leasing veterans have been added in key markets.

“We focus on giving retail property owners the competitive edge through our team’s local market knowledge, regional and national tenant relationships in conjunction with full-service capabilities,” says Ryan Karlin, director of retail leasing with Stiles Realty. The firm’s experience encompasses grocery-anchored neighborhood centers, big-box power centers and ground-floor retail space as part of mixed-use developments.

Stiles has a contract with PREI for the Shoppes of Las Ventanas, which includes 42,000 square feet of street-level retail within the mixed-use Las Ventanas development at US 1 and Woolbright Road in Boynton Beach. It will also handle leasing and management at four Publix-anchored centers: Lakeside Square in West Boca Raton, 39,687 square feet; Military Crossing in Greenacres, 64,052 square feet; Hammock Cove in Naples, 72,197 square feet; and Naples Lake Village, 59,863 square feet.

Heather Lannon, formerly with RMC Property Group and Paradise Development, will be in charge of Stiles’ leasing activities in Southwest Florida as well as the Tampa Bay and Orlando markets. Also, Denise Leyendecker, previously with Synergy Retail Group, will handle leasing for Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.

Stiles has regional offices in Miami, Tampa, Fort Myers and Orlando, and is responsible for leasing and management of 6.2 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast. Last year, it leased a total of one million square feet for the company’s own portfolio and third-party clients.
