PHOENIX-Within weeks of announcing it was looking for franchisees in Georgia and Central Texas, Baskin-Robbins’ parent company Dunkin Brands Inc. has its sights set on the desert state for further expansion. A press release from the Canton, MA company is hosting meetings in the area, looking for new store owners.

Also on tap are new real estate design concepts, such as the Café 31 model–a dessert bar with ice cream and coffee products–and the BR Express product that is flexible for malls, areas or co-branded real estate.

The company will host its area franchising seminars on July 21 at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson and July 23 at the Hyatt Regency in Phoenix.
