NEW YORK CITY-New taxes in New Jersey aren’t a bad thing for developers. Instead, funds funneled into Tax Increment Financing (TIF) will give commercial property owners much-needed funds to redevelop projects, said Ted Zangari, chairman of the redevelopment law practice group at the Newark-based law firm Sills Cummis & Gross, in a conversation with GlobeSt.TV.
