Studley Hires DaRos From Buck Co.

CHICAGO-Studley has brought on Sarah DaRos as a financial analyst on the global tenant advisory firm’s Chicago brokerage team. DaRos, 24, comes from work with The John Buck Co., where she served as a member of its product leasing group. Her new position at Studley marks a shift to work on the tenant rep side, and will encompass duties including financial analytics and transaction management services.

DaRos joins a team at the firm’s Chicago office which also includes executive managing director Lisa Davidson, corporate managing director/associate branch manager Tiffany Winne, and assistant director James Stein.

“Sarah’s background in finance, coupled with her understanding of landlords’ perspective, having worked on that side of the table, provides her with a skill set and expertise that enhances our team and our ability give our clients the best intelligence possible to make the most advantageous real estate decisions,” Davidson says.

DaRos’ experience also includes time spent as a loan manager at Mortgage Plus Lending Group in Kalamazoo, MI. She majored in finance and minored in German and general business at Western Michigan University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration. DaRos’ other relevant qualifications include being licensed in Illinois as a real estate salesperson.
