Office Condos Closing Out Soon

ATLANTA-Domain Realty Inc. is getting ready to close out the largest office condominium development in Georgia. The 47-building complex in Alpharetta, which will total 263,447 square feet upon completion, is currently 76% built with occupancy reaching 95%.

The office condos, which range from 644 to 6,560 square feet and are priced starting at $149,000, are geared toward general office users such as professional, legal and accounting services, information technology, real estate, and insurance. The complex is located at 5755 North Point Parkway, near Georgia 400.

All units at North Point Park offer personalized interiors with custom build-outs to meet each owner’s specific needs, says Tom Posey, owner of Domain Realty and a commercial real estate broker. “Our buildings are 90% owner-occupied,” he says, “which brings stability and very little turnover.”

North Point Park has been in development over the past five years, with Cornerstone Commercial Contractors Inc. as its developer/builder. Amenities include front-door parking, ADA-compliant access, private restrooms, a copy/fax/server room, pre-wiring for phone and data, and a security system.
