PRINCETON, NJ-The largest of Hilton Realty Co. LLC’s recent lease transactions was with Goldberg Segalla LLP, a Buffalo-based law firm, which picked up 7,625 square feet at 902 Carnegie Center, a five-story, class A office building here. The tenant was represented locally by Thomas Romano of Newmark Knight Frank. To date, Hilton Realty has leased a total of 116,000 square feet in the building to 12 tenants; rental rates are in the $35 range.

At North Brunswick Commerce Center, Hilton signed two new leases totaling 5,508 square feet. Represented by Lori Gaffney and Jane Moni of Triad Properties, Chemspeed Technologies leased 3,132 square feet for its sales office and laboratory equipment showroom. Also new to North Brunswick Commerce Center is Diane Gressing-White’s School of Arts Dance Education Center, which picked up 2,376 square feet. Rental rates at the Commerce Center run closer to $14 per square foot.
