THOUSAND PALMS, CA-Granite Investment Group has sold its 113,000-square-foot Monterey Palms Self-Storage facility here in one of four Inland Empire sales and leases totaling nearly 325,000 square feet. The property is a 645-unit facility at 73230 Varner Rd. that opened for business in July 2007 and was approximately 50% occupied at closing of the deal, according to Grubb & Ellis
