With facilities running at maximum capacity, the cold storage market is experiencing unprecedented growth over the next three-to-five years.
The company expects to close $300 million in multifamily senior loans by the end of January and $450 million to $500 million by the end of the first quarter of 2021.
The firm has acquired a 162,000-square-foot office building and an adjacent land parcel at the Assembly Square campus near Boston.
