PRINCETON, NJ-Although office vacancy rates in most of New Jersey have been surging upwards, College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center has remained at a steady 97% occupancy rate as existing tenants renew leases and new firms are added to the tenant roster.

Neo Strata, which develops and markets advanced dermatological and skin care products, renewed its lease for 21,000 square feet of headquarters space at 307 College Rd. E., and Syska Hennessy SH Group, Inc., a global consulting, engineering and construction firm, leased 9,000 square feet at 105 College Rd. E. for its Princeton regional offices. Syska’s long-term lease was brokered by Todd Elfand of Jones Lang La Salle.

In both transactions, the landlord, Lawrence Zirinsky Associates, was represented by Vincent Marano, COO of College Park manager National Business Parks, and Tom Stange, NBP leasing executive.

Marano says, “We have a very desirable location, fronting Route 1 at the heart of the Princeton corridor. And as managers, we are committed to being responsive to our tenants and providing a top-level business environment.”

In a related announcement, Marano notes that Bridgewater Corporate Center, another property under NBP management, has reached the 100 % occupancy mark with the lease of 900 square feet of space to MISource, Inc., a nationwide staffing solutions provider. The Tampa, FL-based firm specializes in technical recruiting and staff augmentation for the engineering, telecommunication and information technology industries. The 48,500-square-foot building located at 757 Rt. 202/206 includes among its tenants Ameriprise, Legato Law Firm and Stellar Academy. Chris LoSapio of Newmark Knight Frank brokered the MISource transaction.
