FLORHAM PARK, NJ-Normandy Real Estate Partners is signing two new leases at Park Place here, with a combined square footage of more than 40,000 square feet. Law firm Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP is signing for 34,635 square feet at 220 Park Ave., while Dillon, Bitar & Luther LLC leased 7,200 square feet at 200 Park Ave.

The two buildings are part of a four-property, 351,955-square-foot class A building complex. While Normandy could not give out rental rates, average asking rates in Morris County are currently $22.91, according to a recently released FirstService Williams report.

“Two prominent Morristown-based law firms have found new locations at Normandy properties, and Park Place is a high-quality complex that is sure to not only meet, but exceed, the most stringent of standards,” says William O’Keefe, vice president, Normandy Real Estate Partners.

The complex is located at the intersection of Park Avenue and Columbia Turnpike, adjacent to the full interchange of Route 24, one mile east of I-287. It is also one mile east of the Morristown Municipal Airport, 20 minutes from Newark International Airport and a short shuttle ride from both the Morristown and Convent Station New Jersey Transit stations. Park Place features high-end finishes throughout, including mahogany paneled lobbies and granite floors. On-site amenities include a conference center, fitness center and cafe.

Finding the perfect location at first seemed like a daunting task, but the services Normandy provided made our decision easy.”

Park Place is also near several hotels, including the Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center, the Westin Governor Morris and the Morristown Hyatt. Tom Welsh of Welsh Chester Galiney Matone Inc. served as the broker for Schenck, Price, Smith & King, and Integra Realty Services’ Matt Krauser was the broker for Dillon, Bitar & Luther.
