Demar Logistics Expands with 90,733-SF Lease

ROSEMONT, IL-Demar Logistics, a third party logistics and transportation-focused company, has taken 90,733 square feet of warehouse space. The lease expands the company’s presence in the market, where it already occupies 201,090 square feet.

The new lease, at 910 Kimberly Dr., will give the Carol Stream, IL-based company additional access to I-355. The facility has 30 foot-clear ceilings and eight loading docks and is only a block away from the other Demar facility.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Britt Casey and Michael Hawryluk represented building owner, TA Associates Realty in the deal. Demar was represented by Timothy Gallagher of Gallagher Realty.

The C&W team worked with the Village of Carol Stream to gain special use and land-banked variance permission to make sure the deal could close. Steven Karlson of NAI Hiffman and Al Arns of A&M Architects worked with the Village and C&W team to work out this portion of the deal.
